What 2buy2 wants from a HR Assistant:
2buy2 is looking for a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our busy People and Learning (PaL) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the department, assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, supporting all stakeholders with HR queries and maintaining records via our HR software program. If you are a professional with a strong sense of discretion and a background in HR, we would love to hear from you.
Type of person we are looking for:
Ideally with a Level 3 HR related or equivalent qualification, you will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a HR role. You will be keen to share your knowledge and gain wide-ranging experience in all aspects of HR. You will be detailed focused, organised and a great communicator with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
