I have been working for 2buy2 for 2 years now as a customer relationship advisor, I communicate with our Parish Buying and Church Buying customers daily via email and telephone to arrange and set up Gas/Electricity contracts for their churches and parishes. I find the role very rewarding and enjoy chatting to our customers to provide a personal touch.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

I find it to be a close knit family environment. We may be working from home most of the time however, we still have a great work ethic and team rapport.  The company days out at the Cardiff City Football ground and other locations throughout Wales has been really fun and great to see everyone face to face.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

I think by making our clients feel valued and respected, I feel and show them that we are passionate about what we do and why we do it. I like to think they feel that passion too.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

Honesty and integrity are the most important values in my opinion. I appreciate how honest and open the company is with us. We are looked after and respected as staff, with our private health care, volunteering days, birthday’s off and more. Happy staff will always reflect in the service provided to our clients.

What are your interests?

I am passionate about providing the most excellent customer service to our customers.
