Today we want to congratulate the first of two Kudos of the Month winners for June: Rachel Milner!
This month, Rachel ensured our customers received maximum satisfaction through assessing their needs in a professional, empathetic, and understanding manner. Focusing on figuring out the best course of action for both customer and 2buy2 on a case-by-case basis.
She was also responsible for boosting sales progress with numerous big clients this month, as well as being one of the main ports of call with key suppliers and clients, ensuring the entire process was well documented and running smoothly.
By maintaining a constant stream of communication with customers, suppliers and heads of department, Rachel was able to focus on obtaining prompt resolutions for every party involved.
Through efficiently raising any complaints and alerting tasks with the necessary departments, escalation calls and sales opportunities were followed up on in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more thankful for her efforts!
Fun fact, the customer service team have officially dubbed Fridays – Pino Friday – in preparation for the weekend, with the day typically ending with everyone talking about their food plans. By 5pm Rachel and the team is more than a little hungry. But you know what they say, work hard, play hard!
