Today we want to congratulate Rachel Milner on winning Kudos of the Month for September!
This month, Rachel worked extremely hard during a particularly busy period for the customer service team. Being a Customer Relationship Advisor, she is tasked with keeping on top of calls and customer enquiries via email and over the phone, handling any customer escalations and supporting fellow staff if problems arise.
From her stellar efforts, she accrued 12 kudos across September!
Throughout September she was assigned numerous complex opportunities that required the upmost skill, care, and attention. Rachel was able to take them in her stride, completing all 59 of them!
To do this is a remarkable feat and we couldn’t be more thankful of her exemplary efforts!

During a tumultuous time for the energy market, some of our customers called expressing their worries and concerns. Rachel and the rest of the team remained calm and professional throughout reassuring them that they are in good hands.
