My name’s Andrew, I’m a father of five and I’ve been fortunate to have been married for over 30 years and counting. My main responsibilities are to look after the CRM, data and quality part of the business as well as contributing to system and process improvements across the business.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

I think it’s through making a small contribution to helping colleagues engage with customers better through everyday improvements in our systems, processes and data.
