Bio

I’m the finance and legal director. That covers everything from our products such as our statutory accounts, our legal meeting and legal obligations around information management, strategy and product development pricing.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

The variety of the work is really good and and what the company does; making an impact in helping other organisations fulfil their mission, whether that’s a church or the Welsh Sports Association. I find it’s a very rewarding place to work. I also enjoy the flexibility; I’m a mum of two primary aged children – it’s great being able to get to their sports day and have a good work/life balance.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

It’s not a directly client facing role for me, but where finance does interact – on the reporting and invoice side – I try and make that the best possible experience that somebody could have with the finance team. That we respond quickly, that we don’t quibble on payments, that we try and answer the questions fully and, we are open and transparent.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

Excellence, I think if you’re going to do something, do it well. I want to get things right first time and just go the extra mile for our customers whether that’s internally or externally.

What are your interests?

I’m passionate about making a difference. I get a better morning knowing I can help contribute my little bit to the company. I’m also passionate about developing people. I like coaching and supporting the team through learning new things. I also like to volunteer and help with the youth group at my local Church.
