Bio

I’ve been married for over 30 years to Cathrine, we have four children of our own and four we foster, ranging from 25 years to 8. I’m Head of Sales and look after customer service. I make sure every customer has a great service when they interact with us.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

I like working for 2buy2 because of the kind of people we work with, whether that’s charity or faith based. Whilst income is important, helping our customers really is the driving force for us as a company. Not only to save them money, but to give them quality and adding social value to their community through their contracts.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

I think through adding social value in our tenders. Anyone can run a tender but we push our clients to think about social value, which really changes and adds benefits to the wider community. Whether that’s through ensuring everyone is paid at least the living wage, or other benefits to help the community.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

Integrity is the most important 2buy2 value for me. I think if you don’t have integrity, you never build trust. It’s important to be honest with clients. If you can do what they want, that’s great, but if you can’t, say you can’t but find a solution. That way you’re always honest with clients and they can trust that.

What are your interests?

I’m passionate about sport, I love watching any sport. I love keeping fit and getting outdoors. I go to the gym three or four times a week, I think it’s a great way to start the day.
