Bio

Hi, I’m Josh. I have been with 2buy2 now for over 5 years progressing my way through a few IT roles. I’m now the IT Compliance & Systems Lead for 2buy2, this involves all aspects of IT support for the business, problem solving, planning and deployment within Projects to move the business forward following best practices and standards.

I am very passionate about doing whatever it takes to deliver successful outcomes with robust compliance to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

I like working for 2buy2 because of the family feel. Everyone gets along, everyone wants to help each other to deliver a great service. This also means our roles can really affect change and improve things quite quickly.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

By supporting and delivering the best technological solutions that allow us to add value for our clients.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

I think excellence is the most important value. I think it’s the one that requires the most concentration. Because you have to put that kind of concerted effort into training, into planning, into making sure we do are the right things at the right time. I also think you need to have excellence in your failures, even when you do get it wrong that you have the right response to that and to improve.

What are your interests?

I am a knowledge sponge, constantly learning, growing & hopefully improving. I have a huge catalogue of interests from adventures, camping, hiking, Caminos, motorcycles, technology, reading, podcasts to name a few. There is no getting bored in my world.
