Bio

I have a daughter who keeps me busy with all her after school activities. Somehow, she managed to convince me to coach her local netball team! We love going for long walks and exploring new places! I’m the Customer Service Team Leader and currently manage a team of 3. I enjoy the variety of questions asked and knowledge in an area that I did not have previously.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

I am very lucky to work with a lovely group of people, I am thankful I’ve got to experience employment that I was not familiar with before and developed my knowledge in this industry.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

Providing first class customer service as well as providing feedback – both positive and constructive when needed – to take into consideration customer expectations and experience to make each customer’s journey a positive one.

What are your interests?

I’m passionate about being a good role model for my daughter and bringing her up to have manners and be respectful of others.
