I am passionate about my work within Customer Service, the role is varied and can sometimes be very demanding. However, I will always try my very best to give our valued customers the very best service I can. I am patient, empathetic, enthusiastic, motivated and a team player, and I am totally committed to customer care.

I have worked within Customer service for over 30 years. I believe it is one of the most important roles within any company we are the window to the company and have the ability to serve and save accounts. My role is to ensure all customers receive maximum customer satisfaction on all inbound and outbound calls. Assessing each customer’s needs in a professional, empathetic and understanding manner is essential in establishing the correct cause of action for both customer and company alike on a case by case basis.

The variance in calls, the customers,  the people I work closely with and, our core beliefs.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

By giving first class customer service, listening, observing – then acting – some of our customers need extra support and have no one to talk to. They depend on us for that extra help.

Passion, by giving the best customer service I can give I feel that I can enrich our customers lives. That passion is felt by myself and by everyone in 2buy2.

What are your interests?

Excellent customer service without it, we would not have a company. Customers would simply look elsewhere, this is what stands us out from our competitors.
