Bio

I’m the CEO and main shareholder of 2buy2. I serve the team in inspiring them and motivating them and leading them towards the vision and the mission of the business and identifying how we can best serve our customers.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

2buy2 gives me the opportunity to serve others, I love the fact that it’s about more than just ourselves and that our our vision and our mission is about outward looking and I love the fact that we are whilst we’re a corporate business, we aren’t just about generating profit. We’re effectively a family run business which gives a particular way in which we can look after our staff, but also look at look after our customers and think about how we serve them best.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

I’m changing the world and for our clients by enabling and creating an innovative way that they can collaborate together, whether that’s the energy basket on parish buying or through setting up the education buying group. Also, through world class frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems to support schools and being able to buy more effectively and collaboratively as well.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

They’re all important to me, which is why they’re the five values. Value for money from a procurement perspective is definitely a key one because we need to be able to create that. However, for me, everything comes back to integrity when you’re talking to people – they need to know that they can trust you and what you’re saying.

What are your interests?

I’m passionate about serving others. I love being able to support our team and I’m passionate about the mission and vision of of what we’re trying to achieve at 2buy2. I’m passionate about helping other organisations and other individuals to to be the best that they can be and for organisations to be able to deliver their mission as effectively as they possibly can.

Your favourite quote:

"Cast all your burdens onto Jesus because he cares for you"

What would you never do?

Rob would never.....

One thing I would always hope to do is show integrity - however, I don’t think I would ever go caving!
