Bio

I’m married with 3 children (as of this year all have left for university or work!) and a dog. I’ve worked with 2buy2 since the start, currently I’m Director of Operations, which covers business operations, IT and DX, and Marketing.

What do you like about working at 2buy2?

The challenge, variety and unpredictability that comes with an SME! and working with people who are really committed to doing things well with a care and concern for our customers.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

Hopefully by continuing to focus and challenge colleagues to consider and learn what our customers want and need, and then identifying what we can do (and also be aware of what we can’t do) in order to provide then with an excellent service.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

Integrity. If integrity is at the route of what we do then we won’t go far wrong. That’s not to say we will get everything right or make mistakes along the way (we will) but if it comes from a place of integrity and a desire to do the right thing then that’s more than good enough, and will demonstrate the value we place on our colleagues, customers and suppliers.
