Bio

Hi, my name’s Victoria and I’m the Education Business Manager for 2buy2! My role is varied, with competing priorities and challenging workloads. I am the lead go-to person for Education Buying where I engage actively with customers and suppliers to build and maintain good working relationships, responding to customer questions, listening to needs, holding strategic conversations and supporting MATs/schools with their procurement requirements. I work very closely with schools and MATs, partly due to my work as a headmaster at a school before this role.

I also attend and present webinars and attend and exhibit at trade and customer events. I often have to lead and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously so I have to be well organised, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. I have flexibility in my schedule, even though I work a lot, I can arrange to take my boys to the gym, squash lessons and football training after work and I even get to have lunch with my husband every day.

2buy2 makes me feel appreciated, my contributions are valued and my needs are always listened to. Everybody shares the same values and visions and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other and I see 2buy2 as my extended family.

How are you changing the world for our clients?

I have an opportunity every time I engage with a client to help them make a positive change in their school. Every day is different and it’s a constant adventure, I am a peoples person and I have met some wonderful people through this job. There is something special about personally having an impact on helping schools save money.

What's the most important 2buy2 value and why?

They are all important as they lay the foundations about what 2buy2 cares about most. My experience directly impacts the customer experience so by living up to 2buy2’s values customers do notice. Communication although not a value per se, is key in ensuring 2buy2’s values are understood – everyone knows what is expected of them and everyone knows what to expect from 2buy2.

What are your interests?

I love that my job enables me to love and enjoy my passion for Education and securing schools financial savings on their day to day costs and adding value enabling them to reinvest that money where it matters most.

Victoria would never.....

Have zero goals to aspire to! I like to achieve at least one thing everyday so I would never not set myself a goal to achieve no matter how big or small this goal may be!
